灯内无灯丝和电极，灯泡寿命仅取决于荧光粉的自然衰减，它是所有光源中寿命最长的一种光源。设计寿命指标≥6万小时（正常使用约10年），其寿命是白织灯的50倍，金卤灯的10倍。
